We believe a company's greatest asset is its people. After years in the workforce, our founder saw a common problem: employees were treated as just a number, their unique strengths overlooked. This inspired a new approach.

Our company was built on the idea that when you invest in your employees, you invest in the company. With degrees in nursing, social work, and criminal justice, Tammy is a well-rounded professional. She served for over 20 years in the US Navy as a combat corpsman, completing multiple worldwide deployments where she developed lifelong survival and leadership skills. She exemplifies professionalism and guides her teams with understated determination, garnering the utmost respect from both clients and employees.

Paul has been in the Law Enforcement and Security Industry for over 35 years. His long career began with the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office before moving to the Jefferson Parish Constable's office, where he currently serves as a Platoon Sgt. Paul has held roles as Operations Manager for Allegiance Security Group and Major over the volunteer group for the St. Bernard Parish Homeland Security/Emergency Preparedness. He feels his calling is in security, and as he always says, “If you are doing what you enjoy, you do not work a day in your life.”
